The Subject Scope Of Awarding In This Public Procurement Includes The Following Activities:Activity No. 1 - Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Technical Phase For A Multi-Family Residential Building Of Ss Saglasie In Tervel, With Administrative Address Tervel, Izgrev Residential Area, Block 8. The Building Is Panel, On Five Floors, With 25 Apartments, Distributed In Two Entrances - 15 Apartments And 10 Apartments, Respectively, Without Commercial Establishments, With A Basement With Cellars For Each Of The Apartments. The Expanded Built-Up Area According To Paragraph 5, Item 18 Of The Zut Is 2333.00 Sq.M. There Are Two Objects In Deminimis Mode. The Selected Contractor Should Prepare A Technical Project In The Following Project Parts: 1. Part Architecture; 2. Part Constructive Opinion; 3. Part Energy Efficiency; 4. Part Electrical; 5. Part Fire Safety; 6. Part Health And Safety Plan; 7. Part Construction Waste Management Plan; 8. Part Accounting Documentation.The Content Of The Individual Parts Should Be In Accordance With Ordinance No. 4 Of May 21, 2001 On The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects.The Volume And Content Of The Project And The Drawings And Details Attached To It Should Be Sufficient For The Implementation Of The Site And The Construction And Installation Works Provided For In The Project.The Investment Project Is Prepared By Designers In All Required Parts, Holding A Certificate Of Full Designers Legal Capacity (Or Equivalent), Giving The Right To Design Constructions Of The Type Of The Subject Of The Order.The Technical Project Should Be Completed In 5 (Five) Original Copies On Paper And 2 (Two) Copies On Electronic Media In Full Volume And Content, In Pdf And Dwg (For The Drawings), Doc (For The Explanatory Notes And All Text Files) And Xls (For All Tables And Ccs) Or Equivalent. Formats.Activity No. 2 - Exercising Copyright Supervision In The Sense Of The Law On Territorial Planning During The Implementation Of The Smr Of The Site, But No Later Than 31.12.2029.The Detailed Requirements Of The Contracting Authority For The Implementation Of The Two Activities Within The Scope Of The Public Procurement Are Listed In The Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of The Procurement Documentation.Deadline For Preparation Of The Investment Project In The Technical Project Phase - According To The Participants Technical Proposal, In Calendar Days, Not Less Than 20 /Twenty/ Calendar Days And Not More Than 50 (Fifty) Calendar Days, Counted From The Date Of Receipt By The Contractor Of A Letter Of Assignment From The Contracting Authority For Awarding The Execution Of The Order And Ends With Handing Over The Investment Project To The Contracting Authority, Certified By The Signature Of The Acceptance-Handover Protocol By The Parties.The Term For The Exercise Of Author Supervision - The Term For The Performance Of The Service Is Tied To The Duration Of The Construction. The Contractor Will Exercise The Functions Of Author Supervision In The Period From The Signing Of The Protocol For The Opening Of The Construction Site And The Determination Of The Construction Line And Level For The Construction, And Ends With The Commissioning Of The Site, But No Later Than 31.12.2029.
