The Subject Of The Present Procedure Aims To Carry Out An Emergency Cleaning Of The Riverbed Of The Section Along The Course Of The Leva River, Within The Urbanized Territory Of The Town Of Vratsa, With A Total Length Of About 1000 Meters. Important!!By Order Of The Mayor Of The Municipality Of Vratsa, A Commission Was Appointed To Carry Out An On-Site Inspection And Establish The Actual And Current Operational Status Of The Affected Section Of The Leva River. The Application Of A Period Of 30 Days Under Art. 74, Para. 1 Zop Will Significantly Complicate The Correct Performance Of The Statutory Activities Of The Contracting Authority. The Circumstances Justifying The Reasons For Shortening The Period For Receiving Offers Are Not Due To The Contracting Authority.Note.On The Basis Of Art. 104, Para. 2 Of The Zop, The Chairman Of The Commission Decrypts The Offers And Opens The Price Proposals Together With The Documents Under Art. 39, Para. 2 And Para. 3, Item 1 Of Ppzop. The Actions Of The Commission For Consideration, Evaluation And Ranking Of The Offers Will Be Carried Out According To The Order Of Art. 61, Para. 1, Sentence One, And Para. 2, 3 And 4 Of Ppzop.The Contract Is Without Secured Financing In Accordance With Art. 114 Of The Civil Procedure Code And Is Concluded On The Condition That The Contracting Authority Will Receive Financing For Its Implementation By Project, National Or Other Targeted Financing For Its Implementation.
