The Subject Of This Public Procurement Includes Periodic Supplies Of Food Products For The Student Chair Of The Second Secondary School Prof. Dr. Asen Zlatarov, For A Period Of 12 (Twelve) Months.The Delivery Of The Food Products Will Be Made Upon Prior Request Of The Contracting Authority. Requests Are Submitted Daily By The School Chair Host. Deliveries Are Made Daily From 7.00 Am To 2.00 Pm On Working Days Of The Week.The Quantity And Type Of Food Products Delivered Will Depend On The Needs Of The Second Secondary School Prof. Dr. Asen Zlatarov During The Period Of Execution Of The Contract. A Detailed Description Of The Requirements For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Presented In The Technical Specification - Appendix 1, An Integral Part Of The Public Procurement Documentation.The Specified Quantities Are Estimated And Do Not Bind The Employer With An Obligation To Perform In Full. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right Not To Declare The Entire Specified Amount Of Food Products By Type And/Or Number, Without Any Adverse Consequences For Him.The Place Of Delivery Is The School Chair Of The Second Primary School Prof. Dr. Asen Zlatarov, Located At The Address: Smolyan, Tundzha St. No. 7.The Term Is 12 Months From The Entry Into Force Of The Contract, With An Expected Period Of 01.10.2026–30.09.2027, Or Until The Maximum Value Is Reached - Whichever Occurs First.
