Tenders Are Invited For Preventive And Corrective Maintenance Of E&W Installations

Through This Tender, Two Of The Three Owo Municipalities, Namely Weststellingwerf And Ooststellingwerf, Wish To Contract A Party That Is Able To Carry Out Preventive And Corrective Maintenance On The Installations In The Real Estate Buildings Of The Municipalities As Shown In Appendix B And Appendix D Of The Tender Documents. In Broad Terms, The Assignment Consists Of: • Carrying Out Preventive Maintenance On (All) E&W Installations Present On The Contract Commencement Date, Of The Buildings As Indicated In Appendix B And Appendix D. • Carrying Out Corrective Maintenance At The Request (After Assignment) Of The Municipality; • Drawing Up A Sound Plan In Which The Tenderer Records The Working Methods And Procedures For Preventive Maintenance; The Estimated Value Of The Framework Agreement Is Approximately €850,000 For The Municipality Of Weststellingwerf And Approximately €800,000 For The Municipality Of Ooststellingwerf. For The Total Term Of The Agreement (8 Years).
