The Assignment Includes At Least: • Making A Woz Valuation Application Available; • Hosting And Technical Management Of The Application; • Implementation And Design Of The Application; • Migration And Conversion Of Existing Data; • Providing Training And Instructions; • User And Management Support; • Maintenance, Updates And Further Development; • Establishing And Maintaining Necessary Links With Municipal Systems And Relevant National Facilities; • Support During The Contract Period. The Scope Also Includes The Necessary Activities To Ensure A Controlled Transition From The Current To The New Situation. The Clients Woz Administration Currently Includes Approximately 15,800 Objects. This Concerns Both Residential And Non-Residential Properties, Including Agricultural Objects, Construction And Storage Sites, Dormant Objects And Exempt Objects. The Stated Number Is Indicative. The Agreement Enters Into Force On January 1, 2027. The Actual Performance Of The Services Will Commence On July 1, 2027. The Period Between January 1, 2027 And July 1, 2027 Serves As An Implementation And Transition Period, During Which The Contractor Will Make The Necessary Preparations To Make The Services Fully Operational From July 1, 2027. The Agreement Runs Until December 31, 2030, With An Option For Unilateral Extension By Us Of Five (5) Times One (1) Year. The Clients Woz Administration Currently Includes Approximately 15,800 Objects. This Concerns Both Residential And Non-Residential Properties, Including Agricultural Objects, Construction And Storage Sites, Dormant Objects And Exempt Objects.
