1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of The Task Titled: Construction Of A Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point In The Miedźno Commune In The Design And Build System.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Design And Construction Of A Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point In The Miedźno Commune: Preparation Of A Multi-Sector Construction Design, Obtaining A Building Permit And Other Decisions And Notifications Necessary To Perform The Order, Obtaining Opinions, Technical Conditions, Preparation Of Executive Designs, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Bills Of Quantities, Cost Estimates And Other Documents And Studies Necessary To Implement The Intention, And Then Implementation Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Developed Design Documentation And Obtaining An Occupancy Permit.3. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Contract, Functional And Utility Program With Attached Documents, Arrangements, Legal Provisions, Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Practice.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Template/Draft Contract - Constituting Appendix No. 9,2) Functional And Utility Program With Attached Documents - Constituting Appendix No. 10.5. Due To The Nature Of The Remuneration (Lump Sum) And The Execution Of The Order In The Design And Build System, The Bill Of Quantities Is Attached To The Fup For Informational Purposes Only - It Is Not Binding On The Contractor, Therefore, When Pricing The Offer, The Contractor Is Obliged To Take Into Account Any Differences In Quantities Or Missing Items If The Need To Perform The Work Results From The Functional And Utility Program, Arrangements, Geotechnical Opinion, Legal Provisions, Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Obligations Indicated In The Template/Draft Contract, Including Warranty And Guarantee.6. In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Included In The Swz, The Ordering Party Specified The Quality Requirements Relating To At Least The Main Elements Constituting The Subject Of The Contract, Including In The Contract, The Functional And Utility Program With Attached Documents. 7. The Contractor Undertakes To Implement The Subject Of The Contract With Particular Emphasis On: A) The Provisions Contained In Art. 6 Of The Act Of 19 July 2019 On Ensuring Accessibility For People With Special Needs, Architectural Standards Described In Annex No. 2.
