1) The Order Concerns The Collection Of Municipal Waste From Public Areas And Facilities Of The Tarnów Commune, Such As: Bus Stops, Village Centers, Playgrounds (Waste Code 20 03 01 - Unsegregated Mixed Municipal Waste), Municipal Cemeteries (Waste Code - 20 02 03 - Other Non-Biodegradable Waste) And The Management Of The Collected Waste, Through Recovery Or Neutralization, In A Way That Ensures The Achievement Of Appropriate Levels. Recycling, Preparation For Reuse And Recovery By Other Methods And Limiting The Mass Of Biodegradable Waste Sent To Landfill, Referred To In The Act Of 13 September 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 733, Consolidated Text).2) The Waste Collection Service Should Be Understood As Emptying Containers Or Baskets At Bus Stops/Public Areas/Squares, Sweeping And Removing Waste. Municipal (Including Bags) From The Area In The Immediate Vicinity Of The Stop, I.E. Up To 10 Meters In Each Direction From The Post Or Vertical Axis Of The Shelter. During The Plant Growth Period, Weeds Located Within The Bus Shelter Should Also Be Removed, Or If There Is No Shelter, Within 5 M Of The Bus Stop Post, And The Grass Should Be Mowed. During The Winter Season, The Area Inside The Bus Shelter And The Area Directly Adjacent To It Should Be Cleared Of Snow At A Distance Of 3 M In Each Direction And, In The Case Of A Bus Stop, Also 3 M In Each Direction. All These Activities Must Be Performed On An Ongoing Basis Without The Ordering Partys Request. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 6 To The Swz. An Agreement Will Be Concluded According To The Template Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz.
