1. The Subject Of The Order Is: The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Renovation Of The Roof, Including, Among Others: Replacement Of Roofing Felt And Steel Flashings As Part Of The Investment Project: Reconstruction And Renovation Of The Roof Of The Building In Kwaczale At Ul. John Paul Ii 43.2. Scope Of The Order:1) The Ordering Party Requires That All Construction Materials And Products Used By The Contractor To Implement The Subject Of The Order Should Be Brand New, First-Class Quality And Unused, Free From Defects, Approved For Use In Construction, In Accordance With The Order Documentation, And Have Attestations, Certificates And Certificates Of Approval For Use In Poland.2) The Contractor Is Also Obliged To: A) Provide, On The Day Of Signing The Contract, A Statement From The Construction Manager On Accepting The Obligation To Manage The Construction, A Certificate Of Entry On The List Of Members Of The Relevant Chamber Professional Self-Government Along With A Certified True Copy Of The Qualifications Held And A Declaration Confirming The Preparation Of A Safety And Health Protection Plan; B) Ensuring, At Ones Own Expense And Through Ones Own Efforts, The Utilities Necessary To Perform The Order, C) Securing The Works In Accordance With Occupational Health And Safety Regulations, D) Implementing And Maintaining Protection Of The Works And The Construction Site Against Access Of Third Parties During The Execution Of The Works; E) Notifying The Building Managers About The Planned Date Of Commencement Of The Works, F) Carrying Out Tests And Examinations In Accordance With The Technical Conditions For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works; G) Preparing A Report Collation In 2 Copies;H) Placing An Information Board In A Visible Place;I) Adapting The Work Mode To The Conditions Prevailing Within The Building Of The Peoples House And The Kindergarten, So As Not To Impede Their Use And Ensuring Normal Work Related To The Operation Of The Facilities;J) Having A Policy Or Other Document Of Civil Liability Insurance In The Field Of Business Activity For An Amount Not Less Than The Total Value Of The Contract (Gross);K) Carrying Out, At Ones Own Expense, At The Request Of The Investors Supervision Inspector And In A Place Indicated By Him, All Tests Quality In Relation To The Works Performed And The Materials, Expert Opinions, Tests Or Checks Used By The Contractor;L) Renovating, At His Own Expense, Buildings, Road Fragments, Squares, Surfaces, Installations, Destroyed Or Damaged As A Result Of The Works.3) The Contractor Is Obliged To Agree With The Building Managers On The Conduct Of Construction Works In Order To Ensure Their Proper Functioning.4) Waste Generated During The Works, Such As Rubble, Garbage, Etc., Will Be Deposited By The Contractor On The Construction Site In Specially Designated Containers, And Then Regularly Transported And Disposed Of It On Its Own And At Its Own Expense To Places Designated For This Purpose
