The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of A Type C Emergency Ambulance With A Gvm Above 3.5 Tons Along With Equipment.2.The Offered Type C Emergency Ambulance With A Permissible Total Weight Above 3.5 T Must Meet The Requirements Specified In The Applicable Regulations Regarding The Approval Of Vehicles And Their Equipment, In Particular The Act Of April 14, 2023 On Approval Systems For Vehicles And Their Equipment, The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of August 2, 2023 On The Type Approval Of Vehicles (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1651) And Regulation (Eu) 2018/858 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 30 May 2018, To The Extent Applicable To The Offered Vehicle. The Offered Ambulance Must Have The Approval Documents Required By Law, Confirming The Possibility Of Its Registration And Admission To Traffic As A Special Vehicle - An Ambulance, In Particular The Appropriate Eu Or National Type-Approval Certificate Or Other Approval Documents Required For A Given Vehicle Approval Method. In The Case Of A Vehicle Completed In The Multi-Stage Approval Process, The Contractor Is Obliged To Present Approval Documents Relating To All Required Stages Of Vehicle Completion, In A Way That Ensures Compliance Of The Final Ambulance With The Applicable Approval Requirements. At The Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Will Submit Documents Confirming The Fulfillment Of The Above Requirement, Including The Appropriate Type Approval Certificate And A Document Confirming The Compliance Of The Complete Vehicle With The Approval Requirements.3.The Ambulance Must Comply With The Regulations Contained In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment.4.After Delivering The Ambulances With Equipment And All Required Documents, The Contractor Is Obliged To Cooperate With The Ordering Party During The Ambulance Registration Process, And In Particular Is Obliged To Complete All Documents Required By State Institutions, E.G. The Department Of Communication, Vehicle And Driver Records, State Sanitary Inspection, National Health Fund5.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1.1 To The Swz Titled Description Of The Subject Of The Order/Technical Parameters.6.The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz.
