And Road Managers, The Panki-Przystajń Intermunicipal Association For Water Protection, Tauron Dystrybucja S.A.;2) Preparing Documents And Ensuring That The Ordering Party Concludes The Required Agreements Regarding The Temporary Use Of Railway Properties,3) Obtaining Consent To Enter The Railway Area And Making All Required Notifications Before The Commencement Of Works,4) Developing And Agreeing On The Required Regulations And Schedules For Carrying Out Works, Documentation Regarding The Organization Of Works And Other Studies Required By Railway Infrastructure Managers;5) Making Required Notifications, Ensuring Paid Railway And Industry Supervision, Confirming The Location Of Existing Cables And Devices, Securing Them And Restoring The Railway Area After The Completion Of The Works; 6) Obtaining Permits From Road Managers To Occupy The Road Lane, Developing And Approving The Required Traffic Organization, Paying The Required Fees And Restoring The Road Lane In Accordance With The Conditions Of The Relevant Road Manager, 7) Providing Comprehensive Surveying Services For The Investment, Including Marking Out Facilities, Networks And Devices In The Field, Carrying Out Control Measurements During The Works, Surveying Inspection Of The Passage Under The Railway Line And Preparation Of A Pos
