1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Consisting In Cleaning External Areas And Maintaining Greenery Of Hospital Facilities Of The Provincial Complex Of The Health Care Center Of The Lung Disease Treatment And Rehabilitation Center In Łódź, At Ul. Okólna 181, Ul. Wycieczkowa 86 In Łódź And The Lung Diseases Clinic In Zgierz At Ul. Długa 56. The Detailed Scope Of Cleaning And Maintenance Of Greenery And The Contractors Areas And Activities Is Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Swz. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Service On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz. The Cleaning Service Must Be Continuous, And Its Intensity Should Result From The Degree Of Dirt, Snow Or Disorder In The External Area. The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor With Rooms In The Facility In Łagiewniki With A Total Area Of ​​24.22 M2. The Conditions Of Use Of The Premises By The Contractor, Together With The Amount Of Utility Fees, Are Specified In Annex No. 5 To The Swz.
