1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Renovation Of Building No. 66 Located On The Premises Of The Police Training Center In Legionowo. 2. The Full Scope Of Works Is Included In The Design Documentation, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz, The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz, The Bills Of Quantities, Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz, The Investors Cost Estimate, Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz, And In The Geotechnical Opinion, Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz. 3. All Built-In Devices And Construction Products Should Have Appropriate Approvals Or Certificates.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Essential Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 13 To Swz.5. The Ordering Party Recommends A Site Inspection Of The Facility. The Date Of The Visit Should Be Agreed With A Representative Of The Investment And Renovation Department, Tel. 723 965 977 Or 47 725 58 43.6. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant Offers.7. The Ordering Party Allows The Execution Of Part Of The Order To Be Entrusted To A Subcontractor.8. The Ordering Party Requests That The Contractor Indicate In The Offer The Parts Of The Order Whose Performance Will Be Entrusted To Subcontractors, And Provide The Names Of Any Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known, According To Annex No. 11 To Swz.9. The Ordering Party Requires Contractors To Demonstrate That They Have People Capable Of Performing The Order And Having The Necessary Knowledge And Experience. For This Purpose, The Contractor Must Submit A Declaration, The Template Of Which Is Attached As Annex No. 9 To The Swz, That The Persons Who Will Participate In The Execution Of The Order Have The Required Construction Licenses In The Construction And Construction Field And Licenses In The Field Of Electrical Installations In Accordance With The Construction Law Act (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418, As Amended), Hereinafter Referred To As Construction Law, Including: Sep E And D Qualification Certificates Above 15 Kv, Fully Enabling The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order.10. The Ordering Party In Accordance With Art. 95 Of The Act Requires Contractors To Demonstrate That They Employ, On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, At Least Two People Who Will Participate In The Implementation Of The Task, Possessing Sep E And D Qualification Certificates Above 15 Kv - 1 Person And Construction Qualifications In Construction Specialties - 1 Person. For This Purpose, The Contractor Attaches A Declaration, A Template Of Which Is Attached As Annex No. 10 To The Swz, That The Persons Who Will Perform Construction And Electrical Installation Works Are Employed Under An Employment Contract If The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 Section 1 Of The Act Of 26 June 1974 -
