The Scope Of Work Of Stage I Includes: 1) Securing The Construction Site (Construction Of A Temporary Fence, Protection Against Unauthorized Access, Cleaning The Construction Site, Securing The Greenery To Be Preserved, Providing Social Rooms And A Construction Office For Construction Workers, Separating Material Storage Areas, Separating Routes Communication And Supply Traffic, Marking The Construction Site, Training Employees In The Field Of Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection, Providing Fire Protection Equipment And A First Aid Kit).2) Surveying And Engineering Services.3) Construction Of A Connection And An External Sanitary Sewage System.4) Construction Of A Connection And An External Stormwater Drainage System.5) Construction Of A Connection And An External Water Supply System.6) Construction Of The Initial Leveling Of The Area And Excavation For The Foundations.7) Preparation Of The Substrate For The Installation Of Prefabricated Foot-Columns And Reinforced Concrete Foundations.8) Installation Of Prefabricated Foundations And Ground Beams Along With The Implementation Of Moisture-Proof Insulation.9) Compaction Of The Substrate For The Floor Foundation On The Ground Along With The Preparation Of Installation Penetrations.10) Construction Of A Reinforced Concrete Foundation For The Final Concrete Floor.11) Implementation Of Thermal And Moisture-Proof Insulation Of The Walls Foundations Along With Temporary Protection Of The Upper Edge Of The Insulation. 12) Backfilling Of Foundation Walls. 13) Protection Of The Zero State Against The Impact Of Atmospheric Factors Until The Second Stage Of The Investment Is Completed. 3.The Investment Task In Question Is Co-Financed From The State Budget Under The Government Program Called: Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026 4. The Detailed Scope Of Work Is Specified In The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works Referred To In Art. 103 Section 1 Of The Act. Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, And Bill Of Quantities (Auxiliary Appendix) Constitute Annex No. 4 To Swz.4.The Ordering Party Obliges The Contractor To Manage - On Its Own And At Its Own Expense - All Spoil From Earthworks And Demolition Works (The Ordering Party Does Not Indicate The Place Of Disposal Of The Spoil). 5.The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Resign From Part Of The Scope Of Work - Up To A Maximum Of 10% Of The Amount Specified In The Contractors Offer.
