►The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Electrical Installation Along With The Development Of A Project For The Installation Of Fire Protection Devices In Building No. 171 In The Military Complex At Ul. Dworcowa 6A In The Commune Group. Dragacz, Which Includes The Following Scope: 1) Preparation Of Design Documentation Agreed With The Fire Protection Expert, The Purpose Of Which Is To Allow The Building To Be Used In Terms Of Fire Protection After Current Renovation. Design Documentation For Fire Protection Devices Should Include: A) Site Plan - Plan In Dwg Format. Will Be Provided By The Ordering Partyb) Technical Design Including:• Drawing Part - Projections And, If Required, Cross-Sections Of All Floors With Fire-Fighting Devices Marked Along With A Description Of Their Type And Technical Parameters And A Description Of The Rooms; The Ordering Party Will Provide A Schematic Inventory Of The Building (Linear Sketches) In Paper Form As Well As In A Dwg File.• Descriptive Part - Description Of The Designed Fire-Fighting Devices. The Study Should Be Prepared And Signed By Persons With At Least Limited Construction Qualifications In Electrical Specialties. The Design Documentation Should Be Agreed In A Documented Manner In Writing With The Ordering Party And With The Fire Protection Expert. Acceptance Of The Design Documentation By The Ordering Party Entitles The Contractor To Perform The Works In The Scope Of Works Specified In Point. 2) To 6) Within The Scope Specified In The Design Documentation And Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party In The Content Of This Agreement.2) Demolition Works Of Lighting Fixtures, Plug Sockets And Installation Connectors,3) Installation Of Electrical Cables Together With The Installation Of Electrical Equipment,4) Installation Of Electrical Switchboards,5) Filling Of Grooves With Plaster Mortar.6) Disposal And Disposal Of Waste.The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Was Prepared In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 1 Pzp, Does Not Require The Introduction Of Equivalent Solutions And Criteria Pursuant To Art. 99 Section 4 And 5 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Building In The Scope Of Which The Works Will Be Performed Will Be Open For The Duration Of Their Execution. All Construction Works Should Be Organized And Carried Out In Such A Way As To Ensure The Safety Of Persons Carrying Out The Scope Of The Subject Of The Concluded Contract And Of Persons Staying In The Work Area On The Part Of The Ordering Party And The User Of The Facility. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party And Other Persons Authorized By Him, As Well As Other Participants Of The Construction Process, With Access To The Construction Works Area And To Every Place Where Works In Connection With The Contract Will Be Performed. ► The Contractor Shall Provide All Materials And Equipment Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Contract On Its Own And At Its Own Expense And Is Obliged To Use Construction Products In
