The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Building No. 65 In The Military Complex In Gardea, Which Includes The Following Scope: 1) Works Including: Replacement Of Parts Of Windows And Doors, Carpentry Works - Installation Of Wooden Beams, Flooring Works - Construction Of A Layer Of Cement Floor With Stoneware Tile Cladding, Installation Of Drywall Made Of Plasterboards On Grids, Installation Of Sandwich Panels With A Pir Core On The Walls And Roof, Plastering Works - Plastering Of Walls And Ceilings, Painting Of Wall And Ceiling Surfaces, Replacement Of Sanitary Installations - Water And Sewage, Replacement Of Central Heating Installations, Replacement Of Electrical And Lightning Protection Installations, Waste Removal And Management.2) Execution Of Accompanying Works Consisting Of Lighting The Work Area, Fencing The Work Stages, Securing And Fencing The Work Area With Warning Signs, Handrails, Bridges, Canopies And Protections, Construction And Maintenance Of The Construction Site Facilities, Marking And Securing Installations And Devices On The Work Site. The Above Is Carried Out By The Contractor Using Its Own Efforts And Included In The Price Of The Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Bioz Plan Prepared By The Construction Works Manager On The Day Of Handing Over The Work Site By The Ordering Party. 3) Carrying Out Accompanying Works Consisting In Lighting The Work Area, Fencing The Work Stages, Securing And Fencing The Work Area With Warning Signs, Handrails, Bridges, Canopies And Protections, Constructing And Maintaining The Facilities Of The Construction Work Area, Marking And Securing Installations And Devices At The Work Site. The Above Is Carried Out By The Contractor Using His Own Efforts And Included In The Contract Price. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Included In Stwiorb, The Bill Of Quantities And The Offer Cost Estimate Was Prepared In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 1 Pzp, Does Not Require The Introduction Of Equivalent Solutions And Criteria Pursuant To Art. 99 Section 4 And 5 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Building In The Scope Of Which The Works Will Be Performed Will Be Open For The Duration Of Their Execution, Excluding The Parts Where The Works Will Be Performed. All Construction Works Should Be Organized And Carried Out In Such A Way As To Ensure The Safety Of Persons Performing The Scope Of The Subject Of The Concluded Contract And Persons Staying On The Work Site On The Part Of The Ordering Party And The User Of The Facility. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party And Other Persons Authorized By Him, As Well As Other Participants Of The Construction Process, With Access To The Construction Works Area And To Every Place Where Works In Connection With The Contract Will Be Performed.
