A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Technical Documentation - Annex No. 4 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Informs That The Scope Of Works May Be Limited By The Entire Scope Of Task 2 (According To The Bill Of Quantities) Or By No More Than 15% Of The Material Or Financial Scope Of The Subject Of The Order In A Situation Where The Performance Of Some Works Would Turn Out To Be Unnecessary, The Circumstances Related To The Implementation Of The Contract Would Change Or The Performance Of Individual Works Would Not Be In The Public Interest.
