The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order, Technical Requirements, Parameters And The Method Of Manufacturing And Assembly Of Individual Elements Are Specified In The Technical Description Attached To This Procedure. The Contractor Is Obliged To Implement The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In This Description And In The Annexes Constituting Its Integral Part.3. Pursuant To Art. 29 Of The Public Procurement Law, Solutions Equivalent, But Not Worse Than Those Specified In The Annexes To The Swz, Are Allowed. The Subject Of The Order Was Described In An Unambiguous Manner, Using Precise And Understandable Terms, Taking Into Account All Requirements And Circumstances That May Affect The Preparation Of The Offer. The Subject Of The Contract Is Described In A Way That Does Not Hinder Fair Competition.4. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver And Install The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Swz And In The Submitted Offer, Within The Deadline Specified In The Contract, Using Its Own Transport And At Its Own Expense. All The Above-Mentioned Elements Should Be Delivered And Installed In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Procedure Documentation.5. The Topics And Substantive Scope Of Educational Content Regarding Natural And Ecological Issues Will Be Proposed By The Contractor, Taking Into Account The Nature And Purpose Of The Educational Path, And Then Agreed With The Ordering Party Before Their Development And Implementation.
