Pod Pielgrzymów On Plots No.: 75 82/1, 83/1, 84/3 Rev. 0009 Raciborowice, Commune Michałowice, Covered By The Building Permit Decision No. Ab.V.1.801.2026 Of August 31, 2026, Hereinafter Referred To As The Investment.2.The Subject Of The Order Should Be Implemented In Accordance With: 1) Building Permit - (Appendix No. 8 To Swz);2) Conservation Recommendations - (Appendix No. 9 To Swz);3) Design Documentation (Pb) - (Appendix No. 10.1 To Swz);4) Design Documentation (Pt) - (Appendix No. 10.2 To Swz);5) Geotechnical Opinion - (Appendix No. 11 To The Swz);6) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) - (Annex No. 12 To The Swz);7) Bill Of Quantities / Bid Cost Estimate - (Annex No. 13 To The Swz);8) Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu) - (Annex No. 14 To The Swz);9) All Arrangements, Opinions, Decisions Administrative,10) These Terms Of Order.3.The Above-Mentioned Documents Are To Be Considered As Complementary To Each Other.4.The Ordering Party Informs That In Accordance With The Letter No. Za-I.5183.110.2025.Ama Of May 12, 2025 Of The Małopolska Provincial Conservator Of Monuments, Point 2 (Appendix No. 9 To The Swz) In The Area Designated For The Investment (Ul. Pod Pielgrzymowem), Archaeological Research Should Be Ensured Under Archaeological Supervision. Archaeological Supervision Over The Investment, Together With The Costs Of This Supervision, Is Provided By The Ordering Party. In The Event Of The Discovery Of Archaeological Objects Or A Cultural Layer And The Need To Perform Additional Archaeological Research, The Ordering Party Informs That Appropriate Provisions Regarding A Possible Change In The Contract Implementation Date Have Been Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu) In § 15 - Amendment Of The Contract.
