1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Development Of The Area At Ul. Grobla In Szczecin As A Recreational Area Using Access To The Odra River In The Design And Build Formula. The Task Is Co-Financed Under The Project Entitled Development Of Szczecins Water Areas Under The European Funds Program For Western Pomerania 2021-2027 No. Fepz.07.01-Iż.00-0033/25-00 Of June 29, 2026. (Hereinafter Referred To As Funding). As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will, In Particular: A) Develop: Incl. Comprehensive, Multi-Discipline Design Documentation Along With Obtaining The Necessary Decisions, Consents, Guidelines, Permits And Approvals For The Execution Of Works Consisting In The Construction Of A Wharf With A Water Tram Stop, Floating Piers, Construction Of A Slipway, Construction Of A Pedestrian And Driving Route, Construction Of Parking Spaces With Charging Stations For Charging Electric Cars, Strengthening The Slope With Hydrotechnical Stone Rip-Rap, Construction Of Connections, And Land Development Elements Of Small Architecture; B) Will Carry Out Construction Works Resulting From The Provisions Of The Swz, Ffu And The Design Documentation Approved By The Ordering Party.
