Tenders Are Invited For Purchase And Delivery Of A Minitractor For Civil Protection And Civil Defense Purposes Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program.

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Minitractor For The Needs Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense As Part Of The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program As Part Of Civil Protection, Crisis Management And Civil Defense. The Equipment Must Be Brand New, Unregistered, Unused, Undamaged And Not Displayed At Exhibitions. The Equipment Requirements And Technical Conditions Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In Detail In Annex No. 1A To Swz (Opz)2.The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Above Equipment To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party At His Own Expense.(...)5.The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate At Least One Service Point For The Offered Equipment Located At A Distance Not Exceeding 100 Km From The Place Of Delivery Of The Tractor.6.The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure That Inspections/Services Of The Offered Equipment During The Warranty Period Are Performed At The Ordering Partys Premises As Part Of The Mobile Service.
