Tenders Are Invited For Winter Maintenance Of Roads, Sidewalks And Municipal Communal Areas In The Mieroszów Commune In The Winter Season 2026/2027

1. The Subject Of The Agreement Is The Provision Of Services Including Winter Maintenance Of Roads, Sidewalks And Municipal Communal Areas In The Mieroszów Commune In The Winter Season 2026/2027.2.As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Perform Work In Such A Way That Roads, Sidewalks And Municipal Communal Areas Are Brought To The Standard Specified In The Points Below; 2) Remove Snow From The Road By Scraping The Snow Cover From Its Entire Width And Length. The Cleared Snow Must Not Prevent Pedestrian Traffic (If Snow Is Stored At Curbs And Roadsides, Breaks Should Be Made To Allow Pedestrians To Cross To The Other Side Of The Road), Water Runoff From The Road, Vehicle Traffic, Especially At Intersections, Passing Places, Bays And Bus Stop Loops; 3) Remove Snow From Sidewalks, Squares, Field Stairs, Parking Lots, Engineering Facilities And Other Municipal Areas In A Way That Allows Safe Movement. The Cleared Snow Must Not Impede The Movement And Parking Of Motor Vehicles And Pedestrians (E.G. At Stops, Pedestrian Crossings, Parking Spaces);4) Remove Winter Slipperiness By Sprinkling The Surfaces Of Roads, Sidewalks And Municipal Communal Areas With Sand Or A Sand-Salt Mixture;5) Provide The Necessary Amount Of Means Of Transport And Tools As Well As Staff Employed To Carry Out The Winter Campaign, Which Will Ensure Effective Performance Of The Subject Of This Agreement;6) Provide The Necessary Amount Of Materials To Perform The Service And Store It In The Area Its Base;7) Distribute, Refill And Clean Up The Sand And Salt Boxes After The Season In Accordance With Annex No. 11 To The Swz Titled: Contractors Obligations Regarding Sand Boxes;8) Use Materials To Perform The Service That Meet The Requirements Of Polish Standards And The Regulation Of October 27, 2005 On The Types And Conditions Of Use Of Agents That May Be Used On Public Roads, Streets And Squares (Journal Of Laws Of 2005, No. 230, Item 1960). Roughening Materials Should Have Sufficient Resistance To Mechanical Destruction Caused By Movement (They Cannot Be Crushed). The Aggregate Used To Roughen The Surface Should Not Be Too Brittle And Must Not Contain Any Clay Or Clay Impurities (The Uniformity Of The Aggregate Grain Size Ensures Greater Uniformity Of Road Coverage When Sprinkling);9) Equip Vehicles With Monitoring Devices (Based On The Gps System), Enabling Automatic Recording And Storage In Non-Volatile Memory Of Working Time, Current Location, Information About Stopping Places And The Route Traveled By Vehicles;10) Use Technically Fully Functional Equipment, Insured, Equipped With The Safeguards And Markings Required By The Road Traffic Law;11) To Immediately Provide Replacement Equipment In The Event Of A Failure Of Equipment Necessary For Winter Road Maintenance;12) To Clean Up The Accumulated Sand After The End Of The Winter Season And The Cessation Of Work Related To Clearing Snow And Sprinkling Sand And A Sand-Salt Mixtur
