Tenders Are Invited For Post-Warranty Service Of Printing Devices For Cbśp, Bswp, Cbzc, Kwp In Katowice And Subordinate Units

Task No. 1 - Post-Warranty Service Of Kyocera Printing Devices. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Post-Warranty Service Of Kyocera Printing Devices. The Contractor Provides Maintenance Services On Printing Devices According To The List Of Devices Included In Annexes No. 3.1 To The Swz, Based On Prices For Individual Parts Of The Devices, Subject To The Right To Extend The Scope Of Repair Activities. The Ordering Party Expects To Provide Services According To The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party. Settlement Will Be Based On The Services Actually Provided In Accordance With The Needs Of The Ordering Party, According To The Unit Prices Offered In The Price Form. The Unit Price Of The Service Indicated By The Contractor In The Price Form Includes All Costs And Components Related To The Implementation Of The Contract, Including The Valuation Of The Service, The Price Of Parts And Materials Necessary To Perform The Service, The Cost Of Repair, And Vat. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Complete The Repair Within The Time Specified In The Offer Form, No Later Than 5 Business Days From The Day Following Receipt Of The Service Order. The Contractor Will Provide A Minimum 12-Month Warranty For The Repair Performed From The Date Of Acceptance Of The Service, While The Warranty For Parts And Materials Used During The Repair Is At Least 24 Months. The Ordering Party Requires That The Parts And Materials Used For Repairs Are Brand New, Grade I, Free From Technical And Legal Defects, Approved For Trading, And Meet Quality And Performance Standards. The Ordering Party Requires That The Equipment Subject To Repair Be Repaired At The Place Of Use During The Period Of Execution Of The Contract And The Granted Warranty. If It Is Not Possible To Repair It On Site, The Contractor May Take The Device For Repair Only With The Consent Of The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Allows Subcontractors. If The Contractor Uses A Subcontractor, The Ordering Party Requests An Indication Of The Part Of The Order That It Intends To Entrust To The Subcontractor And, If Already Known, The Names Of The Subcontractors Companies Along With Contact Details (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz - Offer Form). At The Same Time, The Ordering Party Informs That, No Later Than On The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide The Subcontractors Data If He Indicates That He Will Use A Subcontractor To Perform The Indicated Part Of The Order. Provisions Regarding Subcontractors Are Included In Section Xi Of The Swz And In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Annex No. 2 To The Swz). All Requirements Specified In The Documents Indicated Above Are Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory.
