The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of A Used Medium Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicle For The Bieniec Volunteer Fire Department. In Addition, The Order Also Includes The Installation Of Equipment Provided By The Ordering Party To The Contractor. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver The Subject Of The Contract With A Full Fuel Tank And, If Other Fluids Are Used In Operation, Also With Full Tanks Of These Fluids. The Vehicle Must Be Complete From The Point Of View Of The Purpose It Is To Serve (Equipped With All Devices And Elements Included In The Opz) And Prepared For Registration And Putting Into Operation By The Ordering Party. The Vehicle Must Have All The Necessary Approvals, Certificates And Certificates And Meet All The Requirements Arising From The Relevant Regulations And Established Quality Standards. The Vehicle Must Meet The Requirements Of Polish Road Traffic Regulations, Taking Into Account The Requirements For Emergency Vehicles, In Accordance With The Act Of June 20, 1997 - Road Traffic Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended). The Vehicle Must Be Free From Defects And Faults And Not Subject To Any Rights Or Claims From Third Parties. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide All Necessary Documents Together With The Subject Of The Order, Including: Owners Manual In Polish, Documentation Necessary To Register The Car. The Ordering Party Requires A 12-Month Written Warranty And Warranty For The Entire Vehicle, Including: Chassis, Engine, Gearbox, Drive, Braking, Steering And Electrical Systems, Fire-Fighting Body, Pump, Tanks, Signaling Devices And Equipment Supplied With The Vehicle.
