The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery To The Ordering Party Of A Brand New Passenger Car Of The Pick-Up Type, Meeting At Least The Requirements Specified In The Specification Included In The Offer Form Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz (Table 1 - Specification) And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz. Detailed Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Included In Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Contract.2. The Contractor May Offer A Vehicle Equipped With A Manual Or Automatic Transmission. The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate In The Offer Whether He Offers A Vehicle Equipped With A Manual Or Automatic Transmission, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Part Xviii, Point. 2 Swz. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Offer A Vehicle With A Warranty On The Vehicles Mechanical, Electrical And Electronic Components For A Period Of At Least 24 Months Without A Mileage Limit.
