The Order Will Consist In The Delivery Of A Brand New Tractor, Complete, Free From Construction, Material, Workmanship And Legal Defects, Manufactured In 2025 Or 2026, Ready For Use. The Tractor Must Meet The Requirements Of Polish Road Traffic Regulations In Accordance With The Road Traffic Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 180, As Amended). The Tractor Must Have A Current Approval Allowing It To Be Used On Public Roads In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Transport, Construction And Maritime Economy Of June 18, 2013 On The Type Approval Of Agricultural Tractors And Trailers And The Type Of Their Equipment Or Parts (Journal Of Laws Of 2015, Item 343, As Amended). Please Provide The Facts. The Approval Certificate Must Be Delivered No Later Than On The Day Of Delivery Of The Tractor. On The Day Of Delivery, The Contractor Will Train At Least 2 Persons Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Field Of Operation, Maintenance, Minor Repairs, Operation And Inspection Of The Delivered Vehicle; Training Duration - At Least 5 Hours, Warranty Period At Least 24 Months With No Limit On Operating Hours.
