5.1.The Subject Of The Public Procurement Procedure Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled Purchase Of A Sand Packing Machine On A Trailer - A Multifunctional Device Divided Into The Delivery Of A Set Consisting Of: 5.1.1.Trailers For Sand Dispenser/Packer - 1 Pc.5.1.2.Sand Dosing/Packing Machine As A Multifunctional Device - 1 Piece. Note! A Dosing/Packing Machine (As A Multifunctional Device) Should Be Installed On The Trailer To Enable Mechanical Filling Of Sandbags During Firefighting Operations.5.2.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Is Also The Technical Specification, Was Specified In Form No. 2.1. Swz.5.3.The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivered Subject Of The Order: 5.3.1.It Was Fully Functional, Without Any Physical Or Legal Defects,5.3.2.It Was New. 5.3.3.It Has Not Been Used Or Exploited Before, 5.3.4.It Met The Technical And Operational Requirements Specified In Detail In The Opz Form No. 2.1 To Swz.5.4.The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide Services Accompanying The Delivery, I.E. Loading, Transport And Unloading At The Place Indicated In Point. 5.10 Swz5.5.The Contractor Assumes All Liability For Claims Of Third Parties For Copyright Infringement Regarding The Goods Delivered As Part Of The Implementation Of These Proceedings. 5.6.The Contractor Will Ensure That The Delivered Subject Of The Contract Will Be Accompanied By All Required Legal Titles Enabling The Ordering Party To Use The Subject Of The Order.
