Tenders Are Invited For Purchase Of Year-Round Uniform Fabric

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Year-Round Uniform Fabric. The Order Is Divided Into: Parts Of The Order: Part 1 Of The Order 6,900 M. Year-Round Uniform Fabric In Khaki, Including: 5,000 Meters Above Fabrics In The Basic Order And A Maximum Of 1,900 M. Above Fabrics In An Optional Order. 2. The Item Delivered As Part Of The Order Must Comply With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party And Must Be New And Must Come From Current Production. 3. The Minimum Required Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Order Is 24 Months From The Date Of Its Release From The Warehouse For Use, While The Period Of Its Storage By The Ordering Party In The Warehouse Is A Maximum Of 5 Years. If The Subject Of The Order Is Released For Use After The Expiry Of Its Storage Period, The Warranty Referred To Above Does Not Apply. 4. The Contractor Will Complete The Basic Order Within 60 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract, But No Later Than December 16, 2026. If The Ordering Party Exercises The Option Right, The Contractor Will Complete The Order Under The Option Within 60 Days From The Date Of Submission By The Ordering Party Of The Declaration On Exercising The Option Right, But No Later Than December 16, 2026. 5. If The Ordering Party Exercises Its Option Right, It Will Provide The Contractor With A Written Declaration No Later Than 30 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract. In The Statement, The Ordering Party Will Provide The Final Quantity Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract Ordered Under The Option Right. 6. The Item Covered By The Optional Order Will Be Identical To The Item Covered By The Basic Order.
