The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Strategic Noise Maps Of The 5Th Edition For National Roads With Traffic Exceeding 3,000,000 Vehicles Per Year In The Lower Silesian Voivodeship. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, It Will Be Possible To Activate The Option Right Consisting In Increasing The Scope Of The Subject Of The Agreement (I.E. The Number Of Mapped Kilometers) By A Maximum Of 5% Of The Length Of The Roads Indicated In Volume Iii Of Swz (Opz), Reported In Accordance With The Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Order Was Not Divided Into Parts Of The Following Reason:Due To The Requirements Of National Law, Noise Maps Are Prepared For The Voivodeship Area. For This Reason, Each Regional Branch Of Gddkia Commissions The Development Of Strategic Noise Maps For Roads Managed By Gddkia, Located In A Specific Voivodeship.
