1. The Subject Of The Order Will Be The Implementation Of A Quantitative Study Using The Cawi (Computer Assisted Web Interview) Method, Analyzing Knowledge, Experiences, Behaviors And Attitudes Related To Short- And Long-Term Saving. Part Of The Sample Will Be Used To Examine Potential Interest In A New Instrument Enabling Saving And Investing (Oki). We Will Examine The Second (Separate) Part In Terms Of Experiences And Preferences In Terms Of Retirement Savings Under Ppk. In This Part Of The Study, We Will Use Experimental Elements That Require Dividing The Sample Into A Control Group And Test Groups, Each Of Which Will Receive A Slightly Different Version Of The Questionnaire. In The Experimental Part, The Study Involves Random Assignment Of Respondents To Groups. The Parameters Of Both Segments Of The Survey Are Described Below: 1 Name Of The Survey Survey Of Knowledge, Attitudes, Behavior And Experiences Of Poles In The Field Of Short- And Long-Term Saving 2 In-Depth Description Of The Survey From January 1, 2027, Poles Will Be Able To Use Personal Investment Accounts (Oki) - A New, Voluntary Way Of Investing And Saving On Preferential Tax Terms. The First Segment Of The Study Will Aim To Determine The Preferences And Habits Of Saving And Investing As Well As The Potential Interest Of Adult Poles In The New Instrument. The Second Segment Of The Study Will Aim To Examine The Experience In Collecting Funds For Retirement Purposes Among Ppk Participants And The Interest In The Proposed Improvements Of The Program, As Well As To Identify The Reasons For Not Participating In The Ppk And Withdrawing The Accumulated Funds Before Retirement Age.3 Cawi Research Method4 Estimated Average Duration Of One Interview 20 Minutes5 Population A Nationwide Sample Of Polish Residents Who Meet The Total Criteria: 1St Segment:• Age 18+• Professionally Active People And Retirees (Working And Unemployed) 2Nd Segment:• Age 18-55• Status On The Labor Market: Hired Workers• People Participating And Not Participating In Ppk 6 Number Of Interviews 4,000 Effective Interviews (I.E. Fully Completed, Verified), Of Which 1,800 Will Cover The 1St Segment Of The Study, And 2,200 - The 2Nd Segment; The Second Segment Will Include Only Hired Employees, 60% Of Whom Participate In Ppk And 40% Do Not Participate In Ppk7 Sample Selection: Random And Quota, Taking Into Account Quotas According To Gender, Age Groups, Education, Macroregions, Size Of Town - For The Surveyed Population Of Poland In Accordance With The Lfs Data Of The Central Statistical Office.
