The Subject Of The Order Is Chiropterological Monitoring During The Autumn Swarming Of Bats In The Wisłoujście Fortress Natura 2000 Area Plh220030, In Accordance With The Order Of The Regional Director For Environmental Protection In Gdańsk Of January 17, 2024 On The Establishment Of A Plan Of Protective Tasks For The Wisłoujście Fortress Natura 2000 Area Plh220030 (Journal Of Laws Of The Pomeranian Voivodeship Of 2024, Item 536, Hereinafter Referred To As Pzo), I.E. To The Extent Indicated In This Document.2.The Task Includes Counting Bats During Their Autumn Swarming Period.3.The Contractor Undertakes To Have The Permits And Equipment Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Order, In Particular Appropriate Permits For Activities Related To Species Protected Under Art. 56 Of The Act Of 16 April 2004 On Nature Conservation (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 13, As Amended) In The Scope Covered By The Subject Of The Order. Permits Or Their Copies Together With A List Of Persons Participating In Monitoring Should Be Presented For Inspection To The Regional Directorate For Environmental Protection In Gdańsk On The Day Of Signing The Contract Or At Least 5 Days Before The Order Is Completed.4.Field Work Will Take Place In The Area Managed By The Gdańsk Museum - The Contractor Is Obliged To Report To The Area Manager To Inform About The Planned Counting Date And Obtain Permission To Enter The Facility.5.The Starting Material For The Work Will Be The Pzo And Documentation For The Plan Of Protective Tasks For The Natura 2000 Area Wisłoujście Fortress Plh220030 And The Results Of Monitoring From Previous Years. The Ordering Party Informs That It Has The Above-Mentioned Documentation, And The Data In Question Will Be Made Available To The Contractor After Signing The Contract, Within The Time Agreed With Him.6.Above The Materials May Only Be Used To Perform The Above-Mentioned. Monitoring And Cannot Be Distributed Without The Consent Of Rdoś In Gdańsk. The Contractor Cannot Transfer The Authorizations And Obligations Resulting From His Rights To The Above-Mentioned.
