1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Unleaded 95-Octane E95 Gasoline To Meet The Transport And Equipment Needs Of The Mirosławice Road Circuit By Refueling At The Contractors Station(S).2) The Estimated Total Volume Of Fuel Deliveries Is A Maximum Of 4,000 Liters Of Unleaded 95-Octane E95 Gasoline. The Specified Volume Of Fuel Deliveries Is An Indicative Amount, Therefore The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Amount Of Fuel, As Needed, Provided That The Contract Value Is Not Exceeded.3) 95-Octane E95 Unleaded Gasoline Must Meet The Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of June 26, 2024 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Journal Of Laws, Item 1018, As Amended).4) The Minimum Percentage Of The Task That The Ordering Party Undertakes To Complete Is 80% Of The Gross Contract Value.
