1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Prepare And Conduct 12 Training Courses In The Field Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense For People In The Wola District Of The Capital City Of Warsaw. Warsaw To Increase Social Resilience. As Part Of The Training, The Contractor Will Prepare And Conduct 12 Stationary Training Sessions, Including The Opportunity For 125 People To Participate In Each Training. Each Training Will Last 180 Minutes, Including 2 10-Minute Breaks. The Training Will Be Conducted In Warsaw In The Following Days. Schools, I.E.:• Xlv Secondary School Named After Romuald Traugutt At Ul. Miła 26; • 26 School Complex No. 7 Szczepan Bońkowski At Ul. Chłodna 36/46;• Lxxxvi Secondary School. Battalion Zośka At Ul. Garbińskiego 1; • Iii L.O. Them. Gen. Józef Sowiński At Ul. Rogalińska 2; • Xxiv Secondary School At Ul. Obozowa 60, Based On The Declaration Of Willingness To Cooperate By The Directors Of The Above-Mentioned Facilities, Forwarded To The Ordering Party By These Directors Or Persons Authorized By Them.2. The Training Must Be Carried Out By An Entity Authorized To Conduct Training In The Field Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense And Meeting The Requirements Specified For These Entities Specified In § 11 Section 1 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Interior And Administration Of February 6, 2025 On Training Programs In The Field Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense And Requirements For Entities Conducting Training (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 162).3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Scope And Method And Requirements/Conditions For The Execution Of The Order, As Well As The Quality Standards Of The Order, Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Hereinafter Also Referred To As The Contract Template, Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz And The Document Entitled Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Constitutes Annex No. 1 To The Contract Template.4.Information On The Division/Lack Of Division Of The Contract Into Lots. The Ordering Party Did Not Divide The Contract Into Parts Due To The Fact That Civil Defense Requires An Integrated Approach (E.G. Evacuation, First Aid, Behavior In The Face Of Threats, Communication). Dividing The Order Into Parts And Entrusting Them To Different Contractors Could Result In Discrepancies In The Knowledge Transferred, Lack Of Terminological And Procedural Consistency, Which Would Threaten The Purpose Of The Training. The Market For Training Services In The Field Of Civil Defense Is Saturated With Entities (Also From The Sector Of Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises) That Have Full Instructor Staff And Are Able To Complete The Order Comprehensively.
