1. Basic Scope Of The Order. The Subject Of The Order Are Comprehensive Cleaning Services Of The Ordering Partys Premises, In Particular Wards, Laboratories, Clinics, Medical And Treatment Rooms, Sanitary Facilities, Corridors, Halls, Staircases And Other Rooms Of The Mazowiecki Hospital In Garwolin Sp. Z O. O.. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes Additional Activities Related To Auxiliary, Economic And Logistic Services As Well As Internal Transport Services Within The Hospital. The Activities Performed By The Contractor Are Exclusively Of An Economic, Orderly, Logistic, Sanitary And Transport Nature And Do Not Include The Provision Of Health Services Or The Performance Of Medical, Nursing, Diagnostic, Therapeutic Or Care Activities Within The Meaning Of The Provisions On Medical Activities. The Contractor Is Not Authorized To Perform Any Activities Requiring Medical Qualifications, Make Decisions Regarding The Patient Treatment Process Or Perform Activities Reserved For Medical Staff. This Constitutes The Basic Scope Of The Order.2. Optional Scope Of The Order. Regardless Of The Basic Scope Referred To In Point 1, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Option Right, Including Increasing The Scope Of Services Provided. Under The Option Right, The Contractor May Be Obliged To Additionally Provide Comprehensive Cleaning Services In The Ordering Partys Premises, In Particular In Branches, Laboratories, Clinics, Medical And Treatment Rooms, Sanitary Facilities, Corridors, Halls, Staircases And Other Rooms Of The Masovian Hospital In Garwolin Sp. Z O. O. The Optional Scope Also Includes Performing Additional Activities Related To The Provision Of Auxiliary, Economic And Logistic Services As Well As Internal Transport Services Within The Hospital.
