The Subject Of The Order Is The Design, Delivery, Assembly, Commissioning And Commissioning Of A Complete Backup Power System For The Outpatient Clinic Building At Ul. Otwocka 1 In Warsaw, Including A Power Generator And A Ups Uninterrupted Power Supply System With Batteries, Implemented In The Design And Build Formula, In Particular: 1) Carrying Out The Necessary Inventories And Developing Complete Design, Construction And As-Built Documentation; 2) Obtaining The Required Arrangements, Opinions, Notifications, Decisions And Permits, If Required; 3) Taking Over And Proper Organization Of The Work Site; 4) Performing Construction, Installation And Electrical Works And Assembly;5) Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of The Power Generator; Execution, Delivery, Assembly, Commissioning And Configuration Of The Ups Uninterrupted Power Supply System With Batteries; Execution Of The Required Ats Systems, Automation, Security And Accessories As Well As Integration With The Existing Photovoltaic Installation;6) Carrying Out Tests, Measurements, Functional Tests And Commissioning Of The Entire System;Conducting Training Of Designated Employees Of The Ordering Party;7) Providing Complete As-Built Documentation, Operating Instructions, Warranty Documents And Required Protocols;8) Obtaining Documents Enabling The Use Of The Completed Installation, If Required By Applicable Regulations. General Guidelines, Binding On The Contractor, Are Included In Annex No. 1 To Swz - Pfu And Annex No. 11 To Swz - Minimum Technical Requirements.
