1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Stationary Ultrasound Device With Three Heads, A Medical Videoprinter, An Ecg Module, Software, Licenses And Other Equipment Required By The Ordering Party, Hereinafter Referred To As The Subject Of The Order Or Device. 2. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes Transport, Unloading, Bringing In, Installation, Commissioning And Configuration Of The Device, Checking Its Correct Operation, Configuring Dicom Communication With The Pacs, Ris System Or Other Medical System Indicated By The Ordering Party, Performing The Required Tests And Providing Complete Documentation. 3. The Contractor Will Conduct Free Application Training At The Installation Site For At Least 3 People Indicated By The Ordering Party, Lasting At Least 6 Hours, Covering The Operation Of The Camera, The Offered Imaging Modes, Heads, Measurements, Reports, Archiving And Dicom Communication. 4. The Detailed Scope Of The Order And The Technical, Functional, Quality And Operational Requirements Were Specified In: 1) Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Hereinafter Referred To As Sopz, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz, 2) Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz.
