It Includes The Following Capabilities: • Monitoring Of Infrastructure And Associated Technical Components, Including Servers, Operating Systems, Containers, Databases, Middleware, Application-Related Network Components, Message Queues, Apis And Integration Platforms. • End-To-End Monitoring Of Applications And Transactions, With Capabilities For Anomaly Detection, Accelerated Diagnostics, Dependency Analysis And Root Cause Analysis. • User Experience Monitoring, Both Real And Simulated, For Critical Applications And User Experiences. • Collection, Centralization, Normalization, Correlation And Use Of Telemetry Data, Including Metrics, Events, Logs And Traces. • Providing Customized Dashboards For Different Roles And Levels Of Responsibility, Including Management, It Operations, Application Teams, Noc/Support And Application And Service Managers. • Defining, Measuring And Monitoring Service Level Indicators, Including Sli/Slo, Golden Signals And Error Budgets, As Well As The Associated Warning Mechanisms. • Integration With Existing Itsm Tools And Processes, Especially For Incident, Problem, Change, Escalation, Reporting And Service Review Management. • Implementation Of Intelligent Alert Mechanisms, Which Enable Noise Reduction, Correlation Of Alerts, Prioritization Based On Business Impact And Routing To The Responsible Teams. • Analysis Of The Impact On Critical It And Business Services, Based On The Dependencies Between Users, Applications, Technical Components And The Services Involved. The Highest Ranked Tenderer According To The Award Criteria Is Considered The Active Tenderer. Other Tenderers Whose Tenders Meet The Criteria Will Be Considered As Reserve Tenderers.
