The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Replace Cold Water, Domestic Hot Water And Circulation Pipes In The Sectors Defined In This File. The Work Will Be Carried Out Over A Planned Duration Of Approximately 19 Months. In Order To Maintain The Operation Of The Building And Limit Disruption To Hospital Activities, The Work Will Be Carried Out In Successive Phases. This Contract Consists Of A Single Lot Comprising Thirteen Intervention Phases Distributed As Follows: Basic Phases (Mandatory) Phase 1 Co5 Corridor Phase 2 Neurology Phase 3 Pediatrics Phase 4 Endoscopy Phase 5 Traumatology Phase 6 Technical Sheath No. 4 / Corridor C06 Phase 7 Corridor C01 Optional Phases Phase 8 Technical Sheath No. 2B Corridor C04 Phase 9 Electroencephalogram Phase 10 Medicine 2 Phase 11 Ent Phase 12 Old Maxillo Phase 13 Transplantation The Optional Phases May Be Ordered In Whole Or In Part By The Client, In Particular Depending On The Available Credits And The Progress Of The Site. The Tenderer Submits His Offer For The Entire Lot, Including The Optional Phases. The Unit And Fixed Prices Of The Optional Phases Remain Contractual For The Entire Period Of Validity Of The Contract. The Project Owner Reserves The Right Not To Award Or To Carry Out Only Part Of The Optional Phases, Without This Giving Rise To Any Right To Compensation, A Claim Or A Modification Of The Prices Of The Basic Phases.
