Bcfsa Is Seeking Proposals From Qualified Firms To Provide Databricks-Focused Data & Ai Consulting, Including Integration With Adjacent Enterprise Data Platforms (E.G., Microsoft Fabric) Where Required, Resource Augmentation & Training On An As‑Required, If‑And‑When Requested Basis. Bcfsa Intends To Establish A Contractual Relationship With A Single Databricks‑Specialized Consulting Partner That Provides Integrated Data Consulting, Solution Delivery, And Managed Technical Resource Augmentation Services Centered On The Databricks Data And Ai Platform For Enterprises. The Successful Proponent Will Act As A Trusted Databricks Delivery Partner, Bringing Deep Organizational Expertise In Databricks Platform Strategy, Architecture, Engineering, Analytics, And Ai, And Taking Accountability For Service Quality, Delivery Outcomes, Continuity, And Performance Management Across All Statements Of Work. While Hourly Rates By Role Are Requested For Price Assessment And Budgeting Purposes, Bcfsa Is Not Procuring A Catalogue Of Individual Consultants. The Contractor Is Expected To Provide Services Through An Integrated Consulting And Delivery Model And To Retain Accountability For The Vetting, Quality, Performance, And Replacement Of All Contractor‑Provided Resources. The Successful Proponent Will Provide Experienced Databricks‑Experienced Data Professionals To Support Bcfsa Initiatives, Which May Include Enterprise Data Platform Modernization, Analytics And Reporting, Regulatory Data Collections, Data Governance, Data Quality, And Advanced Analytics Or Ai Use Cases Implemented On Databricks. Services May Include: Databricks Focused Advisory And Delivery-Baseddata Consulting Services, Training Sessions Of Bcfsa Staff; And Provision Of Databricks‑Experienced Technical Resources To Work Under Bcfsa Direction As Part Of Contractor‑Managed Consulting Engagements. Engagements Will Be Initiated Through Individual Statements Of Work (“Sows” And Each A “Sow”) Issued Under A Master Service Agreement (As Defined Below). Each Sow Will Set Out The Specific Scope Of Services, Deliverables, Timelines, Pricing, And Required Databricks Roles Or Skill Sets. Individual Sows May Vary In Duration, Scope, Resource Mix, And Level Of Effort And May Authorize Either Scoped Solution Delivery Or Time‑And‑Materials Consulting Capacity To Be Consumed On An As‑Needed Basis. The Initial Term Of The Msa Is Expected To Be Three (3) Years, Commencing Upon Execution, With The Option To Extend For Up To Two (2) Additional One‑Year Terms At Bcfsa’S Sole Discretion.
