The Preparation And Issuance Of This Request For Supplier Qualification (Rfsq), Hmms04510-2026 – Vendor Of Record (Vor) – Construction General Contractors Refresher Rfsq, Is The First Stage Of A Two-Stage Competitive Process That Hmms Is Using To Gather Information About Supplier Capabilities And Qualifications, In Order To Pre-Qualify Suppliers In Advance Of Expected Future Procurement Competitions. Supplier Pre-Qualification Is Not An Obligation Of The Organization(S) To Call On Any Supplier To Provide Goods Or Services As A Result Of Pre-Qualification. Furthermore, Hmms And Its Affiliates Make No Guarantee Of The Value Or Volume Of Work To Be Awarded To The Pre-Qualified Construction General Contractors, Throughout The Three-Year (Plus Two Option Year) Term Of The Qualification Period (Vor). All Projects Are Subject To Internal Approval Processes, Approval Of External Funding, And /Or Budgets. It Is The Intention Of Hmms To Award Vendor Of Record (Vor) Status To Up To Six (6) Additional Qualified Proponents, Resulting In A Maximum Vor List Size Of Twenty-Five (25) Suppliers. Only The Suppliers On The Pre-Qualified List Will Receive Further Notices Of Procurement Covered By The (Vor) List. The Number Of Pre-Qualified Suppliers That Will Be Invited To Submit Tenders For Future Procurement, Will Be Based On The Second Stage Selection Details Outlined Below. Where More Than Six (6) Proponents Achieve The Minimum Qualification Requirements, Proponents Will Be Ranked Based On Their Total Evaluated Score And Awarded Vor Status In Descending Order Until The Maximum Vor List Size Is Reached.
