On The Web Pages Of The Two Municipalities; - Implementation And Commissioning Of A Technical Information Platform With Object Management And Mapping Modules; - Implementation And Commissioning Of A Chatbot-Type Software Application, Based On Artificial Intelligence, On The Websites Of The Two Municipalities; - Development And Commissioning Of A Communal Scada Platform For Remote Monitoring And Control Of Water And Waste Water Objects And Measurement Of Electricity Consumption In Own Open And Closed Spaces And A Fault Reporting Module For Recording, Monitoring And Management Of Technical Faults. As Part Of The Contract, Equipment And Supplies Necessary For The Implementation Of The Project Will Be Provided. The Value Of The Contract Will Also Include The Provision Of User Training Services. The Awarding Procedure Is Organized By The Leader Of The Partnership, On Behalf Of And For The Members Of The Partnership, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 44 Of Law No. 98/2016 On Public Procurement. Given The Unitary And Integrated Character Of The Digital Solution To Be Implemented, The Purchase Is Not Divided Into Lots. Following The Completion Of The Award Procedure, Each Partner Will Conclude A Separate Contract With The Economic Operator Designated As The Winner, For The Investment Part And The Financial Obligations Falling On Him, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Partnership Agreement And The Award Documentation.
