The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Services: Building Cleaning, Greenery Maintenance And Disinfection - Mycocide Services For Three (3) Years With The Right To Extend For One (1) Additional Year, With A Corresponding Increase In The Physical - Economic Object, By Unilateral Decision Of The Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority Has The Right Of Option, With A Unilateral Decision Of The Board Of Directors, At A Rate That Cannot Exceed 30% Of The Amount Of The Initial Contract For All Items Before Its Expiry, If The Contractual Quantity Is Used Up, And For As Long As Required Until The Completion Of The Annual Duration Of The Contract And/Or The Extension
