In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Occupational Risk Prevention Legislation, The Employer (Manager Of The Emergency Consortium) Has The Obligation To Adopt An Organization That Is Responsible For The Management And Development Of The Preventive Activity. The Objective Is The Effective Protection Of The Workers Of The Gran Canaria Emergency Consortium (Hereinafter Cegc) In Terms Of Health And Safety. The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Manage The Corresponding Duty Of This Administration In Matters Of Worker Protection Through The Adoption Of The Preventive Modality Of External Prevention Service (Hereinafter Spa). For All These Reasons, It Is Necessary To Hire A Spa In The Specialties Required By Occupational Risk Prevention Legislation.
