Work Detail
Research, Testing And Scientific Technical Simulator – Delivery And Commissioning Of A Power Hardware-In-The-Loop System. The Associated Real-Time Simulator Is Intended To Calculate Realistic Models Of Low-, Medium- And High-Voltage Networks As Well As Local Network Transformers In Real Time And Also Enable Real-Time Simulation Of Power Electronic Components, If Necessary Through Fpga Support. The Analog And Digital Inputs And Outputs Can Be Connected Via D-Sub Connectors. Other Equivalent Connectors Are Also Permitted, Provided That The Electrical And Functional Requirements Specified In This Service Description Are Met. The Rcp-Phil Converter Converts The Manipulated Variables Of The Real-Time Simulator Into Physical Voltage And Current Signals And Must Be Able To Supply Subnetworks Of A Hardware Low-Voltage Simulation (Not Part Of The Offer). This Requires A Nominal Power Of At Least 32 Kva. In Addition, The Amplifier Should Be Able To Be Operated Independently Of The Real-Time Simulator As A Converter With Any Control Concept In The Integrated Distribution Network Laboratory. This Purpose Of Use Is Simplified By Control Concepts Already Implemented On The Inverter. The Device Will Combine The Functions Of A Rapid Control Prototyping Inverter As Well As A Phil Amplifier, Hence The Special Name As Rcp-Phil Inverter. Detailed Technical Requirements Are Defined In The Table Below. An Already Tested And Coordinated Overall Phil System Is Particularly Relevant. Due To The Dynamic Coupling Between Real-Time Simulator, Power Amplifier, Communication Interface, Filter Elements And Control, Even Small Delays Or Uncoordinated Parameters Can Lead To Instabilities In The Control Loop, Increased Effort During Commissioning And Thus Delayed Achievement Of The Research Goals. Therefore, A Plug-And-Play-Capable Overall System Is Expected, The Functionality Of Which Must Be Proven During Commissioning And Training. A Common Mechanical Integration Of Real-Time Simulator And Power Amplifier In One Rack Is Not Planned. A Modular, Separate Design Is Expressly Permitted And Is Even Advantageous In Terms Of The Flexible Integration Of The Real-Time Simulator Into Different Laboratory Setups. What Is Crucial Is That Both Components Can Be Operated As A Complete System In A Functionally And Electrically Coordinated Manner
