Structural Shell Work – Extended Shell For The 4Th Cleaning Stage Of The Langen Sewage Treatment Plant. The Langen Sewage Treatment Plant Is To Be Expanded To Include A 4Th Purification Stage To Eliminate Trace Substances. Based On A Years-Long Research Project At The Sewage Treatment Plant, A Process Combination Of Cloth Filtration And Activated Carbon Filtration Was Selected. In Preparation For Changing Requirements For Cleaning Performance, The Possibility Of Later Expansion To Include Ozonation Should Also Be Provided. The Hydraulic Connection To The Existing Building Takes Place Via An Intermediate Lifting Station, Which Promotes The Flow Of Conventional Wastewater Treatment Into The New Treatment Stage And Henceforth Functions As A Flood Pumping Station.
