Since There Is Not Yet A Systematic And Comprehensive Presentation Of This, There Is A Need For Practical And Practical Scientific Research Into How Smes Can Support Employees With Disabilities Through The Use Of New Technologies (E.G. Ai) In The Company. A Contribution Should Also Be Made To Securing The Experiential Knowledge Of Employees And Strengthening Existing (Consulting) Structures By Supporting Higher-Level Institutions (E.G.
