Feasibility Study, Advisory Service, Analysis – Study Missions And Assistance With The Procedures Necessary For The Development Of The Champs Moulygous, La Croix And Le Paradis Sectors. The Municipality Of Baillargues Is Considering Carrying Out A Development Operation In The Form Of A Concerted Development Zone In The Sectors Known As Champs Moulygous, La Croix And Le Paradis Currently Classified In Zones Au0-1, Au0-2 And Au0-3 Of The Pluic. In Order To Carry Out All The Preliminary And Pre-Operational Studies Of The Operation, The Municipality Wishes To Enlist The Services And Skills Of An External Service Provider. His Mission Will Also Be To Produce The Zac Creation File, Support Consultation And Assist In The Award Of The Development Concession. It Will Have A Transversal Mission Of Advice, Organization, Planning And Supervision Of The Different Stages Of Procedures And Studies. Finally, He Will Be Required To Monitor The Services Of External Stakeholders, Placing Himself Permanently Alongside The Municipality Which Will Remain The Decision-Maker Throughout The Operation.
