The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Purchase Of 2 Opg Panoramic X-Rays, Meeting The Current Valid Requirements (Hereinafter Referred To As Goods), According To The Required Technical Specifications. Furthermore, The Contracting Authority Requires The Provision Of Service Security And Repairs, Including The Supply Of Spare Parts, For A Period Of Min. 24 Months And Free Implementation Of Safety Technical Checks According To Act No. 375/2022 Coll., On Medical Devices Or In Vitro Medical Devices, As Amended, Which Are Necessary For The Operation Of This Device. The Last Safety And Technical Inspections Must Be Carried Out By The Supplier At Least 1 Calendar Month Before The Expiry Of The Warranty Period.
