Electric Vehicles – Purchase And Delivery Of Electric Vehicles. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply Of New Personal Electric Vehicles Of The Suv Type - 12 Units And Commercial Vehicles (Vans) With Electric Drive - 1 Unit, Including Related Services, Especially The Provision Of Warranty Service. The Subject Of The Contract Is: - Delivery Of New, Unused Motor Vehicles Of Category M1 (Passenger Suv) And N1 (Light Utility Vehicle - Van), - Delivery Of All Documents Necessary For Registration And Operation Of Vehicles In The Slovak Republic, - Provision Of A Warranty For Vehicles, Including A Warranty For The Traction Battery, - Provision Of Warranty Service Including Regular Service Inspections Prescribed By The Manufacturer, Including Material And Work, - Provision Of The Availability Of Authorized Warranty Service For The Offered Brands Of Vehicles Up To A Maximum Of 100 Km From The Headquarters Of The Public Contracting Authority. The Supplied Vehicles Must Be Fully Electric (Bev) And Must Comply With All Generally Binding Legal Regulations In Force In The Slovak Republic And The European Union, Including Requirements For Approval Of Vehicles For Operation In Road Traffic. Technical Requirements For Vehicles Are Specified In More Detail In Appendix No. 13 Of These Tender Documents. The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes The Transportation Of Vehicles To The Place Of Fulfillment, Operator Training To The Extent Necessary For The Proper Use Of The Vehicles And Handing Over The Vehicles In A Fully Functional State Ready For Operation.
