Expression of Interest for Sustainable Development of MSMEs in Northern Bulgaria: Coaching & Advisory Services: Scale-up Phase The World Bank Finance, Competitiveness, and Investment Global Practice (FCI GP) is seeking to contract a qualified firm or consortium (hereinafter: the Consultant) for the provision of technical assistance under the Sustainable Development of MSMEs in Northern Bulgaria project (the N-SPARK Program). The Consultant will support the development and delivery of the Extensive Module of the N-SPARK Program during its scale-up phase. The World Bank will share with the Consultant the coaching and advisory manuals prepared during the pilot phase for the different thematic areas offered under the Program. These manuals serve as orientation for the Consultant to develop detailed local content for the offerings covering (1) Management Skills and (2) Technology Upgrading, each in a Basic and Advanced version tailored to the level of sophistication of the participating firms. These content materials will be subject to World Bank approval to guarantee the quality and consistency of the approach. The Consultant is also responsible to deliver the content of these two Offerings, in their Basic or Advanced version, to approximately 190 firms included in the Extensive Module of the program, through individual advisory sessions and group coaching services. The Consultant should gather and monitor data both during and after the support period, to control implementation quality and, if needed, introduce mitigation measures in a timely manner.
