Sep 2026 Intervention Sector(S): Training & Capacity Building HAD is collaborating with IRL to deliver a series of learning and development services for local and national NGOs in Lebanon as part of the Lebanon Emergency Preparedness and Resilience Programme (LEPRP). LEPRP is a capacity-strengthening initiative (March 2026 - August 2028) designed to enhance the emergency response capacity, institutional resilience, and organisational systems of selected NGOs in Lebanon. The programme also aims to foster sustainable, strategic, and long-term partnerships between participating organisations and IR Lebanon. Through LEPRP, selected NGOs will undergo an organisational capacity assessment, including an evaluation of emergency preparedness systems, followed by the development of tailored capacity strengthening plans. Participating organisations will benefit from structured thematic training covering emergency response and organisational development, as well as dedicated coaching and mentoring support. The programme also includes small seed grants to support organisations with further development as well as opportunities to participate in Communities of Practice and peer learning exchanges. High-performing organisations may be considered for formal long-term partnership agreements with IR Lebanon, subject to vetting and performance standards. HAD is looking to expand its network of trainers, coaches, and other subject matter experts (SMEs) with relevant expertise operating within Lebanon to support with the delivery of LEPRP.
